• Right to Buy

    What is Right to Buy?

This is a scheme where, if you are living in a public-sector home, you are given the opportunity to purchase the home at a discount price. If the discount is enough, this could either be used as the deposit or as part of the deposit.

The discount does depend on how long you’ve lived in the property, the value of the home, and the type of property, for example, a house or flat.

We can support you with advice on these cases, if you would like to discuss further, please contact us on 07720601196 or message us below

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
