    What is a portfolio landlord?

    A portfolio landlord is a client with 3-4 mortgaged BTL properties. Some lenders wont lend to portfolio landlords and the lenders that do wont only stress test the BTL you are purchasing but also the portfolio of properties. Each lender is different and this could be a mix of BTL’s in personal and Limited companies and some just in the personal name or limited company name.

    Can all my properties be managed under one mortgage?

    Yes, there are specific lenders who will take on a whole portfolio. If you would like to know more about there mortgages drop us a message.

    Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
